Wonderful view of the lake
Villa Urho with a view on the lake was built in 2014.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a big veranda with view of the lake. On the veranda there is a large dining table and gas grill, two entrances one to the living room and one to the sauna.
Each bedroom has two single beds, which can be made into double bed. The living room is spacious with lots of comfortable seating. There is large soft beige carpet on the floor in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped according to the modern technology. In the kitchen cabinets guests will find everything they need from utensils and spices to detergents. There is also a large dining table which can seat six people; there is a large flat-screen TV on the wall above the table.
The villa has two toilets and a shower room with the heated floors. The big advantage of the villa Urho is a large cozy sauna, which will give a truly unforgettable experience of the Finnish sauna.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or rent them in the main building of the manor. If you want to rent bed linens and towels, please inform us in advance.
During your stay in the villa you should sort garbage into organic (bio) and other wastes and take it to the garbage containers outside. The guests are required to clean before leaving the villa or to order final cleaning in advance (80 euro).
The villa has free access to wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but is permitted outside. The villa is suitable for guests with allergies. Animals are strictly prohibited from staying in the villa.
Your own beach, barbecue area and sauna at your disposal!
Spend time with the family on the sandy beach. The beach of the villa is child-friendly and shallow. You also have your own boat and a private pier.
There is also a sandbox built on the beach, as well as a group of tables and an outdoor grill where you can spend time.
Pets cannot be brought to Villa Urho. Electric car charging is possible with your own slow charger at 8A current.
Sleep well in three bedrooms
The villa can easily accommodate six people. Villa Urho has three double bedrooms.
The area of the villa is about 100 square meters and it has its own yard, its own beach and dock, a rowing boat, and also a group of seats and a campfire site on the beach.
Vacation in the Finnish lakeland
Villa Urho is suitable for a vacation or a long weekend. It’s a great choice if you want to hike in the terrains of Saimaa, visit the rock paintings of Astuvansalmi or get to know the Mikkeli region and at the same time spend a relaxing vacation with your family or with a group of friends.
A walking tour, a short skiing trip or a run by bicycle can start directly from the front door of Villa Urho.
